Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use Farovane.
  • Give accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

What Farovane Does

Farovane tracks search rankings, AI engine visibility, backlinks and technical health for the sites you add, and helps you plan, draft and publish content. Much of this data comes from third parties such as Google, DataForSEO and AI providers. Search results change constantly and can differ by location and device, so the figures Farovane shows are measurements at a point in time, not guarantees. When a check fails, Farovane says so instead of filling the gap with an estimate.

We work to keep Farovane available and improving, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature from a paid plan you are on, we will tell you first.

Plans and Payment

  • The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans and their limits are listed on ourpricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record, so your purchase is also covered byPolar's terms. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then moves to the Free plan.
  • Except where the law requires, we don't refund partial billing periods. If you think you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we will look into it.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

Your Content and Data

You keep ownership of everything you put into Farovane and everything it creates for you, including articles and plans. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you. When you close your account we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only add and connect sites, Google properties, WordPress or Payload installs and other accounts that you own or are authorized to use. Farovane publishes to your site only when you choose to publish.

AI Generated Content

Drafts, reviews, plans, pitches and suggestions are written by AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to existing text. Review and edit them before you publish or send anything. You are responsible for what you publish and send, including making sure it is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or anyone's rights, or help anyone else do so.
  • Contact outreach prospects in a way that breaks anti spam or privacy laws, such as the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR or PECR. You are responsible for any outreach you send.
  • Try to get around plan limits, security or access controls, or access other users' data.
  • Overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer Farovane, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Resell or share access to your account unless your plan allows it.

Third Party Services

Farovane connects to services we don't control, including Google, WordPress, Payload CMS and Polar. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using Farovane and close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is unpaid. Unless the situation is urgent or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data.

Disclaimers

Farovane is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We don't guarantee any ranking, traffic, visibility or revenue result.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Farovane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Indemnity

If a third party makes a claim against Farovane because of content you published or sent, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by [governing law, e.g. the laws of the State of Delaware, USA], and disputes will be heard by [courts, e.g. the state and federal courts in Delaware], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Farovane after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
